Rossengarten gorge is to be found in the town of Imst in Tirol. This canyon is cut from limestone rock. Rock that was left here in Triassic period over 230 millons years ago. Looking down from above it has drop of 200 metres straight into it’s river. It offers a lengthy walk of 1.5km with quite an interesting array of trees; maples, ash and basswood too.
